Valorant 2,925 VP Code Invalid After Purchase

About a week ago, I obtained a Valorant code worth 2,925 VP through a friend. I paid approximately $6 for the code. When I tried to redeem the code on my Riot account, the system displayed an “invalid code” error, and the VP could not be added to my account.

I paid for the code, but it was unusable, which has caused me significant inconvenience. I request that the invalid Valorant VP code be replaced with a valid and working code and that 2,925 VP be credited to my account.
