Valorant 1-Year Ban for No Reason – Demand Refund for 30,000₺ Spent on Account

I’ve been hit with a 1-year ban in Valorant, and I have no idea why. I’ve invested so much time and money into this account—around 30,000₺—and now I can’t even access it. I’m seriously considering quitting the game altogether if my account isn’t unlocked. I’ve never cheated, used hacks, or even engaged in trolling or excessive cursing. A 1-year ban is extreme for something I didn’t do. If I was banned for something like trolling or using bad language, a week or a month ban would make sense, but this feels unfair and unjust. I want an explanation for why I was banned, and if the ban stands, I demand a refund for all the VP I’ve spent. Please, someone from Riot, take responsibility and fix this.
