I received a long-term ban in Valorant simply because I left a single match — and now my account is suspended until October 11, 2025. This is absolutely unacceptable. The incident happened around the summer of 2024. I had to leave the game early that day because I was heading to the beach. I figured leaving one match wouldn’t be a big deal, so I closed the game.
When I returned home and logged in, I was shocked to see that I was banned for over a year. I checked the ban reasons listed, and to my surprise, there were more than ten violations mentioned — but none of them made sense. I never engaged in cheating, toxicity, or griefing. I only exited a match early. That’s it.
It feels incredibly unfair to be hit with such a severe penalty for a single, isolated incident. If Valorant’s penalty system is truly this unforgiving, players need to be warned more clearly. Riot Games, I urge you to review my case and lift this unjust ban. I deserve a proper explanation and my account reinstated.
