Frustrating MMR System in Valorant and Unused Refund Right – Will You Fix This?

Valorant's MMR system appears to be intentionally designed in a way that causes players to lose, and I find it difficult to comprehend the reasoning behind this. Even though I should receive a refund, I have been unable to obtain it. I'm unable to upgrade several of the weapons I bought in the game due to these conditions related to something called Radiant. I'm unable to find any enjoyment in the game, despite having already paid for it. My career has been a rollercoaster of victories and defeats. Can you please address the ongoing issues with this game?
