Paid Credit Card And Loan Still Shows Legal Follow-Up In Findeks

I completely paid off my credit card and loan debts from VakıfBank about a year ago, and I still have all the receipts for my payments. However, despite the time that has passed, my Findeks report still shows the statement “under legal follow-up,” which applies to both my credit card and loan. I reported this issue to the branch and customer service around six months ago, but I have not received any response. As a result, my new credit applications are being rejected, causing me significant inconvenience. I kindly request VakıfBank to remove the “under legal follow-up” note from my Findeks report and to notify the Credit Bureau accordingly.
