Deposit Missing After Transfer From Union Bank Account
I am a Union Bank of India customer and on 5 May 2026 and 6 May 2026 I made two online transfers of a total of ₹4,000 from my bank account using PhonePe by scanning a QR code to add money to my g e account on the 91 Club platform. Although the transaction amount was successfully debited from my Union Bank account, it was never credited to my 91 Club game account. When I contacted Union Bank of India about this missing transaction, I was simply told to ask the beneficiary. I then contacted both PhonePe and the 91 Club platform, but I did not receive any effective help or resolution from either of them. As a result, it has now been around one month and my ₹4,000 is still stuck, neither refunded to my account nor credited to my account. I request that this online transfer from 5 May 2026 and 6 May 2026 be urgently investigated and the amount of ₹4,000 be refunded back to my Union Bank of India account, since the money has been debited but the service I paid for was never received. I expect a clear explanation of what went wrong and a prompt resolution of this issue without any further delay.
