Unban My Suspended Umingle Account

I am a normal user of the Umingle platform, and my account, linked to the email address aljhune****@gmail.com, was banned on May 22, 2026, with the explanation that I allegedly insulted someone in a video. I was informed that the reason was “insulting in the video,” but I do not know which specific video or what exact words or actions are considered insulting, and I am certain that I did not intend to insult anyone. This situation is very upsetting for me because I cannot access my account, and I have not been given a clear and specific explanation about what I supposedly did wrong. I have also not contacted support before this complaint, because I expected the ban decision to be based on a clear review, and I believed there might be a mistake. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, that I be informed clearly which content is considered insulting and based on which rule, and that my account be unbanned if there is no explicit violation. I want my Umingle account to be reactivated as soon as possible so that I can continue using the platform within the rules.
