Umingle Fails To Stop Explicit Sexual Content And Unsafe Users

I have been using the U Mingle video chat website, and I chat online every day. About two weeks ago, I repeatedly encountered very disturbing content. Many male users were exposing themselves and engaging in sexual acts on camera, and at one point, I even saw what appeared to be a 14‑year‑old girl on the site. I reported her profile because I was very concerned that a minor was present on a platform with explicit adult content and possible solicitation from foreign countries. After these experiences, when I tried to continue using the website, I received messages about sexual content and also saw that I could not access the service properly, and that payment was required. It appears that my account has effectively been banned or restricted, and I am now unable to use the chat service. I am on Social Security and cannot afford the fees being requested, and I do not believe I have violated the rules in a way that justifies a ban, especially while I was actually trying to report unsafe and inappropriate content. With this complaint, I request that my situation be reviewed, that my access to the chat service be restored, and that this be done without requiring additional payment, taking into account my financial situation. I also expect U Mingle to take much stronger action against users engaging in explicit sexual behavior on camera and against minors who appear on the site or are possibly being solicited from foreign countries, so that the platform is safer and better moderated for everyone.
