Umingle “Explicit Messages” Ban

I was banned on Umingle on September 25, 2026, at around 12:40–12:50, just for writing the artist/rapper name “Sexyy Red” in the chat. After this message, my account was immediately restricted and I received a “You are banned” notice stating the reason as “Explicit messages.” I did not send any sexual content, harassment, or obscene description; I only wrote the stage name of a public music artist. Despite this, my account was banned and I was shown a payment screen asking for 149 Philippine Pesos to remove the ban, which I find unfair and abusive. I have not yet been able to reach your support team about this issue. I request that my account be unbanned without any payment requirement, that this “explicit messages” mark be removed from my profile, and that your filters and moderation rules be reviewed so users are not punished simply for mentioning an artist’s name.
