Umingle! Don't Ban Me!
My Umingle account linked to the email address dmsgnndr***@gmail.com was suddenly banned with the reason “Under 18”. The ban screen also shows a Ban ID as bb1a8034 and even asks for a payment for “Instant Unban”, which is very worrying for me. This is a clear mistake by the automated system, because I was born on 09-05-2008 and I am legally allowed to use your platform according to your age requirements. I have always followed the community guidelines and have never violated any rules on Umingle. I kindly request that you manually review my account, remove this incorrect ban, and restore my access to Umingle as soon as possible.
