Umingle Banned My Webcam Account Without a Clear Reason

I am writing about an issue I experienced with my Umingle webcam account. On 26/06/2026 my account was banned and I received the ban ID 4c07f707, but I was not given any clear or detailed reason for this ban. At the time my account was banned, I was only using the messaging feature and I did not send any bad, inappropriate or rule‑breaking messages. I believe my account has been banned without a valid reason and I do not understand which rule I am supposed to have violated. I kindly request that my Umingle account be reviewed in detail, the reason for the ban be clearly explained to me, and that my account be unbanned if no violation can be found. I expect this situation to be resolved as soon as possible so that I can continue to use the platform.
