Uhmegle Wrongly Banned Me as Underage and Demands Payment

I am writing to report an unjust ban on my Uhmegle access. A few days ago, while using the platform, a message suddenly appeared on my screen stating that I was banned for being under age and that I would need to pay ten dollars to be unbanned. I am in fact 18 years old, so the stated reason for this ban is incorrect. I have not made any payment and have not been able to use the service since this message appeared. I also have not yet been able to reach support through any other channel to object to this decision. I request that my situation be reviewed, my age status be correctly taken into account, and that the ban on my access to Uhmegle be removed as soon as possible without any charge.
