Udemy Subscription Does Not Provide Promised Course Access

Before purchasing a subscription on Udemy, I reviewed the page for the “Calculus-1 / General Mathematics-1 Lessons” course, which clearly stated that I would be able to access the course by purchasing a subscription. Based on this information, I purchased a monthly subscription on October 6, 2026.

However, after purchasing the subscription, when I tried to access the same course, the system instead indicated that I could not access it and that I needed to purchase the course separately in order to watch the lessons. In other words, the information displayed before and after purchasing the subscription is contradictory, which I believe is misleading.

I paid for the subscription based on the information Udemy provided before the purchase, but I was not given the access that was promised. Therefore, I request a refund of the subscription fee I paid and ask Udemy to correct these contradictory and misleading access instructions.
