I have been using my Twitch account for a long time, although I do not stream frequently and only use it occasionally. Despite not engaging in any prohibited activities, my account was recently banned by an automated bot detection system. I believe this ban was applied unfairly, as I have not violated any community guidelines or terms of service.
I attempted to contact Twitch support regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I have not been able to reach anyone for assistance. Being unfairly banned from an account I’ve used for years has caused me both emotional frustration and concern for losing my account history and connections.
