TurkNet Fiber Internet Outages Every Few Weeks

For more than a year I have been using TurkNet 1000 Mbps fiber internet. For the last two months, every 2–3 weeks I experience an “infrastructure fault in your area” and my internet is cut off. Each time, I stay without internet for an average of 2 days, which seriously disrupts my daily life and work. When these outages occur, a fault record is automatically created by TurkNet and I can see it as a general outage notification in the application. However, when I ask a question through the app, I only receive automatic replies and no clear information is provided. By phone I can never reach a real person; an automatic voice simply says that there is an outage in my area and that it will be dealt with soon, and then the call ends. Despite these recurring long outages, I am still charged the full monthly fee and no discount or compensation is applied for the days without service. The problem always occurs in the same region and has become a routine rather than an exceptional situation. I would like TurkNet to explain clearly why, after having no issues for a long time, these frequent faults have suddenly started in my area, and whether they have any concrete, permanent action plan to resolve this infrastructure problem. I also want to know when this recurring fault in the same region will be completely eliminated and expect compensation or billing adjustment for the periods when I was left without internet due to these outages.
