Turkcell eSIM QR Code Request Cannot Activate 5G Without Store

I am a Turkcell mobile line customer and I want to use 5G service with an eSIM. For this, I need a new or updated eSIM QR code so that my line can be revised for 5G. However, I was informed that this can only be done by going to a physical Turkcell store, which creates an unnecessary obligation for a process that could technically be handled remotely. On 03.04.2026, I contacted Turkcell customer service and clearly stated that I needed a new eSIM QR code and 5G activation for my existing line. Despite this, I was told that I definitely have to go to the store to complete this procedure, and no remote solution was offered. I request that a new eSIM QR code be sent to me digitally and that 5G service be activated on my line without requiring a store visit, so that the process can be completed quickly and practically. I kindly ask you to review this situation and provide a remote solution appropriate to the nature of digital services.
