TTNET Unauthorized Charges on Kadmos Account

February 26 3:29 PM99

I am writing to report two unauthorized transactions made to “TT NET ANONIM STI ISTANBUL TR” from my Kadmos Bank account, which are not done or approved by me. I am not in Turkey and I have never requested or used any TTNET service in my name, so I believe these payments are the result of fraud or misuse of my information. The first suspicious transaction took place on February 25, 2026 at 10:33 PM GMT+8 in the amount of $3.03 (approximately ₺131.33). The second one was on the same date, February 25, 2026 at around 10:39 PM GMT+8 in the amount of $25.22 (approximately ₺1094.43). On my Kadmos notification and statement, both payments are shown as “TT NET ANONIM STI ISTANBUL TR”. The related transaction IDs given by my bank are fcca4bf2-a409-418a-b138-26eb799c2e24 and 4e12f7f7-1aa7-4bd1-af00-855943cb361d. I received notifications on my phone from Kadmos, checked my account immediately, and confirmed that I did not make any transactions on that day. After noticing the problem, I contacted Kadmos Bank customer support right away. For security reasons, they blocked my card to prevent further loss and informed me that I must submit a complaint to TTNET so that these transactions can be cancelled and investigated. They clearly stated that these transactions are not authorized by me and asked me to request a cancellation and refund directly from TTNET. I request TTNET to urgently cancel both of these unauthorized transactions, fully refund the total amount to my Kadmos Bank account under my name, and confirm in writing that there is no TTNET subscription, contract, or service registered to my name or card details. I also ask TTNET to investigate this issue, identify how my details were used, and take all necessary actions, including legal steps against the scammer or responsible parties, so that this does not happen again to me or to other customers. I expect a prompt written response and the fastest possible refund of the amounts taken without my consent.
