According to the online tracking page, this parcel is marked as successfully delivered on 07/08/2026, but I have not received any package at my address. Despite the “delivered” status in the tracking, no parcel was brought to my home, no delivery notice was left and no neighbour has received anything on my behalf. There is a clear discrepancy between the tracking information and the actual situation. I request that you urgently investigate where this parcel was actually delivered, provide proof of delivery such as the exact address and any delivery confirmation, and either deliver the product to me without further delay or issue a full refund for this order.
