Close background apps that may consume bandwidth or microphone resources. On Android, clear TopTop’s cache, and on iOS, reinstalling often refreshes audio permissions.
Check your device’s mic and speaker settings, disabling any active noise-cancelling or voice-modifying apps. Using wired or Bluetooth earphones can also reduce echo and improve clarity.
If the issue persists across stable networks, report it in the app’s “Help Center” with your device model and OS version. This helps TopTop optimize their servers for your setup.
