If you paid for the ad-free / “Diamond” or membership tier in TopTop but are still seeing ads, first check that the subscription is active in your Apple or Google account under “Subscriptions”. The app won't be able to block ads if the subscription has expired or wasn't renewed properly.
Sometimes the purchase doesn't sync right. To fix this, try logging out of TopTop and then back in using the same account or email you used to make the purchase, or use the "Restore Purchases" option if it's there.
You should also use the same platform (iOS or Android) that you got it on. According to TopTop's Terms, some paid services are tied to your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
If everything looks fine but the ads keep showing up, clear the app's cache or data (on Android) or remove and restart it (on iOS), and then make sure you're still logged in to your premium account.
