I have been unable to access their website from the very first attempt, and the error message incredibly cited "maximum allowed connections." It’s hard to believe that a service company like TLScontact would impose such a restriction. Embassies initially intended to streamline visa services by outsourcing to TLScontact, yet this arrangement seems to have resulted in a monopolistic situation where customer satisfaction is given little priority.
