Tinder Messaging and Matching Not Working

I have been experiencing a serious communication problem while using the Tinder app and website since September 9. I cannot send messages, receive messages, or get matches through the app.

My friends tell me that they have matched with me and sent me messages, but those messages never reach me. When I send messages, they do not reach the other person either. In other words, my account appears to be functioning, but I am effectively unable to communicate with anyone. I am not using a paid subscription and am experiencing this problem on the free version of Tinder.

I request that Tinder technically investigate this communication issue, remove any account restriction or technical problem that may be causing it, and restore my account so that I can normally send and receive messages and make matches again.
