ThredUp Login Error - Stuck With 2-Step Verification
Ever since I got a new phone, I've been having trouble logging into Thredup. Previously, I would sign in using my Gmail account. However, when attempting to log in with a different device, I encountered an error related to two-step verification. Unfortunately, my previous device has encountered a malfunction and is currently unresponsive. It seems to be displaying an error related to the motherboard. So, I have to go through the process of two-step verification in order to access my account on the new device. However, I'm facing a problem because my old phone is not functioning. I was unable to get in touch with a customer service representative. I've attempted the steps provided in the live chat several times, but unfortunately, they have not been successful. A bot powered by AI keeps sending instructions, but it encounters a roadblock at one particular step.
