Tchibo’s app won’t accept my login details anymore, how can I reset my account?

If the Tchibo app no longer accepts your login information, make sure you've entered the right email and password.

Log in to the Tchibo website (https://www.tchibo.com) to see if the problem is app-specific. If you're still unable to log in, hit "Forgot password?" on the app's login screen to reset your credentials. Check your email (including spam/junk folders) for the reset link.

If you do not receive the reset email or are still unable to access your account, there may be a technical fault or your account was temporarily disabled. In this instance, please contact Tchibo customer support for assistance.
