SurveyLama Account Wrongfully Disabled, I Request Urgent Case Review
I have been using SurveyLama since around February to complete surveys, and this is now my second withdrawal from the platform. After successfully requesting a withdrawal of 20.96 to my PayPal account from the UK, I was waiting for the payment to be processed. While I was awaiting this payout, I attempted to log back into my account and was suddenly met with a red error message stating that my “Account [was] disabled for fraud.” I have never engaged in any fraudulent activity on SurveyLama and have always completed surveys honestly according to the platform’s rules. I find it very unfair that my account was disabled without any clear explanation, especially while I was waiting for a pending withdrawal that I had rightfully earned through my time and effort. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, the fraud decision be explained and lifted if there is no concrete evidence, and that my pending withdrawal of 20.96 to my PayPal account be processed. If, for any reason, my account cannot be reactivated, I still expect to receive the money I have already earned and requested for withdrawal.
