Brawl Stars Account Recovery Complaint After Unauthorized Access
My Brawl Stars account, named “Pro😈|CR7,” with player tag #2CQOC9V2CQ and 41,164 trophies, is no longer under my control and appears to have been taken over by someone else without my permission through the temporary email service Yopmail. I have been completely unable to access my account for approximately 1–2 months.
The old email address linked to my account, m**@yopmail.com, is a temporary, disposable email address, so I cannot receive Supercell ID verification codes through it. As a result, I am unable to secure or recover my account. During this process, I contacted the Supercell team through the in-game support section 4–5 times, but my requests were rejected, and they were not convinced that I am the rightful owner of the account.
I am the person who knows all of the account’s details, including its trophy count, player tag, in-game profile information, and history. I have played on this account for years and built it up to its current level, and I am the rightful owner. Despite this, having my account remain in someone else’s possession and potentially having my account security compromised has caused me significant harm and frustration.
Therefore, I request that my account be completely disconnected from the temporary email address currently associated with it and that the situation be resolved by urgently linking my account to my permanent email address, a*****************@gmail.com, which I can securely access. I also request that any information related to my account and personal game data that is accessible through Yopmail records or the temporary email account be removed from that service without my authorization. To ensure that the time and effort I invested in building an account with more than 41,000 trophies is not lost, I ask Supercell representatives to conduct a manual review, restore my account to me, and urgently assist me in updating the email address so that I can regain secure control of the account.
