StarMaker Profile Stalking and Harassment: How to Block & Report

I am a Starmaker user and I am experiencing a serious safety concern on the platform. Since today at around midnight, one user with the nickname “GabrielD***t_218” has been visiting my profile and interacting with me almost every hour, in a way that clearly feels like stalking. This user repeatedly appears in my visitor history and also comments and interacts with my content. I do not believe this person is who they claim to be, and the intensity and frequency of their visits and contact make me feel unsafe and harassed on the platform. I have already used the in‑app report feature, but in my past experience with Starmaker, reporting has not brought any visible result. I am also worried that even if I block this account, the same person may have or create multiple profiles, which means the problem may continue. I am requesting urgent help from Starmaker to secure my profile. I want you to carefully investigate this account and its activity, take the necessary security and moderation actions against this user and any linked profiles, and provide guidance or tools that can better protect my account and privacy. I would also like to be informed about the actions taken so I can feel safe using the application again.
