StarMaker Coin Scam: Fake Agent Stole 2000 Taka via bKash

I use StarMaker from Bangladesh and I want to report a serious problem with a person who acts like a Quran coin seller/agent but is actually scamming and harassing people. This person is known as Ziaul and uses an account called “Coin.Seller”. Before pretending to be a coin seller he was already known for using abusive language, and now he behaves as if he is an official agent, but he is not, and he is very difficult to reach. His ID is also an old account on the platform. On 31/07/2026 I bought coins from him and sent 2,000 taka to him via bKash. After taking my money, he did not give the proper coins, avoided my calls and started insulting and verbally abusing people. From his behaviour and profile it is clear that he is not only cheating me but also many other people, and he especially harasses women and uses bad language in voice messages. I have screenshots, video recordings and the bKash transfer confirmation that clearly show how he talks, how much money I paid and how he tricks and harasses users. I have also used the in‑app report option against him for his abusive messages and behaviour, and I strongly believe that because of his constant swearing and harassment his old ID should be permanently banned from StarMaker. I request StarMaker to urgently investigate this account, confirm that he is not an official agent, and permanently block or close his ID as soon as possible so that he cannot scam or harass anyone else. I also request that my lost amount of 2,000 taka, or its equivalent in coins, be compensated by StarMaker, because I trusted this person on their platform. I am sharing this complaint so that this person and his group cannot continue disturbing and cheating users on StarMaker.
