Spotify Premium Account Locked With Monthly Charges Still Active
I am experiencing an issue with being unable to use or cancel my Spotify Premium membership. Since switching to an iPhone 15 Pro Max, I have been unable to access my account for approximately two months. I do not know my account password or the email address registered to the account, so I cannot access the account on my new phone.
The Premium membership on the account with the username 31TL2nwdpwofyr2s3iljndsthznu is still active, and I am being charged $2 each month. Despite this, I have been completely unable to use the Premium service. When I try to select the option to cancel my membership, the cancellation does not go through, and I have also been unable to contact Spotify through the app. As a result, I have been paying for a service I have not been able to use for approximately two months.
I request that Spotify locate the account associated with this username and carry out the necessary checks. If I cannot regain access to the account, I ask that my Premium membership be canceled immediately and, if possible, that a solution be provided regarding the charges for the period during which I was unable to use the service. I also request assistance in stopping the recurring $2 monthly charge from my bank card and resolving the financial loss I have experienced.
