If SOYO users are threatening you with personal photos and you want to protect yourself;

Stop contact immediately;

• Do not reply
• Do not negotiate or send money
• Do not send more photos

Preserve evidence;

• Screenshot:
– User profile
– Messages
– Threats
– User ID
• Save dates and timestamps
• Do NOT share images further

Secure your accounts;

• Change passwords (SOYO + email + social media)
• Enable 2FA everywhere
• Remove unknown devices/sessions
• Make profiles private

Report inside SOYO;

• Open the chat → Report user
• Choose:
– Harassment
– Blackmail
– Extortion
• Attach screenshots
• Block the user
