I’m experiencing a persistent and frustrating issue with my Samsung Note 20. Every time I open Snapchat, my phone starts vibrating repeatedly, as if I’m receiving notifications—even though all notification and system sounds are completely turned off.
This isn’t just limited to Snapchat. The same thing happens in other apps that use the camera, and even when I’m simply on a phone call and the screen lights up, the device begins to vibrate unnecessarily.
I’ve double-checked every setting: no notifications are active, all sounds are off, yet the phone continues to vibrate like it’s getting alerts. It’s distracting, disruptive, and clearly not normal behavior.
Samsung, please address this issue. Whether it’s a software bug or a hardware glitch, I need a real solution. I rely on this phone every day, and this problem is severely affecting my user experience. I expect quick support and a proper fix.
