Skoda Karoq Traffic Sign Recognition Feature Still Not Activated

The traffic sign recognition system on my 2025 model Skoda Karoq is currently inactive. At the time the vehicle was sold to me, I was informed that this feature would later be activated through a software update. However, despite these assurances, the system still does not function.

When I called customer service to ask about the issue, I was told that I needed to schedule a service appointment so the matter could be checked. I then had to physically go to the service center simply to receive information that could have easily been explained over the phone. This caused me an unnecessary waste of time and inconvenience.

I request that Skoda activate the traffic sign recognition feature on my vehicle as originally promised and provide customers with clearer and more transparent communication regarding software updates and feature activations.
