Dispute Over Sinbo Airfel Product Return
I bought a Sinbo Airfel product for my mother. I had seen the product, but my mother hadn't. When I brought it home, my mother didn't like it, so I requested a refund. Despite having the receipt and wanting to return the product the day after purchasing it, the store officials said they couldn't accept the return and that their superiors wouldn't allow it. Moreover, they accused me, of using various excuses, saying, "You saw the product and deliberately bought it." My receipt is still intact, and I haven't used the product. I still want a refund.
