I made an online clothing purchase from SHEIN and paid with my Bank of America credit card. After returning several items with a total value of over 200 USD, SHEIN has confirmed that the refunds have been processed. However, my original Bank of America credit card was cancelled in July 2026 and I was issued a new physical card with a different card number. Because of this, I am concerned about where the refunded amounts will be credited and whether they will reach my new card/account correctly. I kindly request clarification and written confirmation on the status of these refunds and how they will be processed in this situation. If the refunds have already been sent to the cancelled card number, I ask that they be correctly matched and transferred to my active Bank of America credit card account without any loss or delay. I would like your assistance in ensuring that the total refund of more than 200 USD is safely and fully reflected on my side. I expect this issue to be checked and resolved as soon as possible and I would appreciate clear information about each refunded transaction.
