Sflix keeps redirecting me to spammy sites, how can I safely watch without these pop-ups?

It is a known problem that SFlix often sends users to spammy or inappropriate sites. This is usually caused by annoying third-party ads.
To fix this, first change the settings on your browser: Make sure pop-ups are stopped in Chrome by going to Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Pop-ups and redirects.
To protect yourself from possible dangers, you should also keep your browser and any security software up to date.
