SBI Account Debited ₹599 for a Service Not Delivered

On 11 October 2026, an amount of ₹599 was debited from my SBI account through the PhonePe application as a payment to “Masteredu AI”. The PhonePe transaction screen shows the payment as successful, but I have not received the expected service from Masteredu AI. I contacted customer care, and I was informed that I should speak with Masteredu AI and that the money would be received. However, until now I have not received any clear confirmation or resolution from Masteredu AI regarding this ₹599 payment. I request that my ₹599 either be refunded to my SBI account or that the service I paid for be provided without any further delay. I kindly ask you to review this transaction and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
