Accidentally Reported And Muted Teammate

Hello Royal Match Support, I am writing about an issue that occurred with a teammate in my Team Chat. By mistake, I tapped the option to report and mute a teammate, and as a result they were muted and disappeared from my chat. I am playing Royal Match on Android with Facebook connected. This happened about 1 hour and 14 minutes ago. My Player ID is “alone jutt” and my team name is “Hawa ki betiyan”. The teammate who was accidentally reported and muted is “honey”. According to your help article, I understand that I cannot unmute this teammate myself. Since this was entirely my mistake, I kindly ask you to unmute “honey”, undo the report if possible, and restore her access and visibility in our team chat from your side.
