Rockstar Games Blocked My Access to GTA5

Hello, I purchased an HTA5 through my Steam account on November 27, 2016. When I made this purchase, my Steam account name was Palio, but I don't remember my email address at the time. I had already canceled that email address and updated my email addresses on Steam and other applications. But my Steam account name was always ura_apaydin, and I haven't changed my password for years. Until three years ago, I was playing GTA5 without any problems, but suddenly, the Social Club account screen started giving me an error. I couldn't log in with my current email address and password. Because of this, I haven't been able to play the game for about three years. (Please verify the accuracy of this information in your logs.) We corresponded with the Rockstar team numerous times. They asked me for my purchase records and CD key, which I sent. I even provided my Steam account name and password so they could see that I purchased the game. However, they always returned with a message saying they couldn't process the transaction. I suddenly can't play the game I bought and played. I believe this is due to an update or change in Rockstar's databases. Because I haven't requested any changes, I'm now unable to access the game. And despite providing the necessary evidence and explaining the situation numerous times, they haven't been able to provide a solution. This can happen to anyone. A domain's closure can make an email address unavailable. Or maybe we didn't even consider the social club when changing email addresses. How can we be sure they'll fix this issue when the new GTA 6 is released? In fact, the most pediatric aspect of this situation is the sadness my child feels at suddenly losing the cars and houses he's owned and built for years, the life he's built. Buying a new game is easy, but you don't get the gaming history. Therefore, we want to warn those buying games from Rockstar to be careful. We have been waiting for a solution from the company for 3 years.
