Roblox Wrongfully Banned My Brother’s Account and Didn’t Lift the Ban on Time

My brother’s Roblox account was banned yesterday for one day. According to the ban message, his account was supposed to be reinstated on May 11 at 10:20 AM. However, it’s now past that time, and the account is still banned with no update or resolution.

We’ve waited patiently for the ban to expire, but it’s now clear that either the system isn’t updating properly, or there has been a mistake. A temporary one-day ban should not stretch beyond its stated duration.

Roblox Support, please review this issue and lift the ban immediately as promised. This delay is unfair and affects the player experience. If bans are going to be enforced, they should also be lifted exactly when they’re scheduled to end. Please resolve this urgently.
