ROBLOX Login Screen Freezes, Can't Continue to My Account

I recently set up Authenticator for my Roblox account and entered the proof code correctly. But it's annoying that every time I try to log into my account, the login screen freezes and won't let me go any further. This is a problem that keeps coming up that I can't fix on my own. I'm even more upset because I've tried to talk to Roblox support about this problem, but all I've gotten back are automated answers. It's worrying that even their support doesn't seem to have the right help for this. I'd like some advice or help to figure out how to get out of this situation and get back into my Roblox account without any problems. We would really appreciate it if you could help us with this.
