Valorant Account Locked Despite No Cheating or Rule Violations

I believe my Valorant account associated with Riot Games has been unfairly penalized. I have received multiple penalties for being AFK for only a few seconds during 2v2 matches, and most recently, my account was completely suspended with an “account locked” warning. On the last screen I saw, it stated that my account had been suspended for one day and that I would be able to access it on September 9, 2026. However, I previously experienced a similar situation where I had to wait 12 days, yet my account remained restricted even after that period.

I have not engaged in in-game chat abuse, cheating, or any other behavior that violates the rules. I cannot accept receiving such severe penalties simply because of brief connection issues or short periods of being AFK. My in-game name is Karapinarsss, and being repeatedly penalized without a clear explanation of the reason has seriously damaged both my enjoyment of the game and my trust in Riot Games.

I request that this account lock and penalty process, which I believe is unfair, be thoroughly investigated, that the penalty imposed on my account be removed, and that Riot Games provide me with a formal apology for the inconvenience and unfair treatment I have experienced during this process.
