Regal TV Screen Turned Blue After Warranty Expired





The Regal TV I purchased has developed a severe issue where the screen has turned completely blue. While the warranty has expired, I was informed by the Consumer Arbitration Committee that such products are expected to have a lifespan of at least 10 years. Therefore, the company is responsible for addressing this issue.
Unfortunately, I’ve received no support from Regal. The service team stated that the warranty period is over, and I’ve been redirected to seek legal action. Even courthouse personnel advised me to approach the Consumer Court, emphasizing that the brand is obligated to resolve this problem.
I urge Regal to take responsibility and provide a solution promptly. Ignoring this matter only adds to my frustration and dissatisfaction.
