Quotex Unfair Account Deletion And Fund Withholding
Quotex Deleted My Account and Withheld My 102.22 USD Balance After I Made a Profit. I am writing to file a formal complaint against Quotex regarding the unfair deletion of my trading account and the withholding of my funds. My Quotex account details are as follows: Registered Email: m*****@gmail.com, Account ID: 90379664, Full Name: MD A*** H***. I deposited a total of 17,617 BDT (approximately 134 USD) into my Quotex account through seven separate transactions using the Nagad digital wallet. After a series of unsuccessful trades, my account balance was reduced to just 1 USD. Through my own trading skills and efforts, I successfully grew that remaining 1 USD into 102.22 USD. Immediately after I reached this profit, Quotex suddenly blocked or deleted my account without any warning, explanation, or prior notification. As a result, I completely lost access to both my account and my remaining balance. I have official screenshots of my account showing my User ID and the balance of 102.22 USD, which clearly prove that I am the legitimate owner of the account. Deleting or blocking a client's account immediately after they become profitable is unfair and unacceptable. Since Quotex terminated my account, I request an immediate manual refund of my remaining balance of 102.22 USD directly to my Nagad wallet. I have attached a screenshot of my Quotex account profile along with all seven Nagad transaction receipts as supporting evidence. I respectfully request that Quotex review my case and process a manual payout of my 102.22 USD without further delay. If this issue is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe, I will escalate the matter by reporting it on Forex Peace Army and other relevant consumer protection and trading review platforms.
