Quotex Closed My Account And Withheld My USDT Balance, Request A Solution
On 25 December my Quotex account was suddenly closed and deleted by a unilateral decision of the management. I received an email explaining that my account was removed due to an alleged violation of the Service Agreement, referring to sections 3.1.5 and 3.1.7 of the Non‑Trading Operations Regulations. In the same message, I was informed that no refund would be made and that the remaining balance would effectively not be returned because, according to them, the payment solutions provider fee for arranging a refund would exceed the amount of the potential refund. At the time my account was deleted, there were approximately 200 USDT in my balance. I contacted Quotex support and they repeated the same explanation, without clearly describing what concrete action of mine violated the agreement, and without offering any realistic solution. I consider it unacceptable that my account can be closed without a transparent explanation and that my balance is withheld in this way. I request that Quotex review this decision, provide a clear justification for any alleged violation, and refund at least half to three quarters of my 200 USDT balance, or otherwise offer a fair solution so that I do not lose the entire amount I deposited in good faith.
