Complaint Regarding UPI Deposit Not Credited To Quotex Account
I am writing to report an unresolved issue regarding a deposit I made to my Quotex account on 8 June 2026. I deposited 5,000 INR via UPI using Axis Bank as the selected bank, and the amount was successfully deducted from my bank account. However, the deposit has still not been credited to my Quotex trading account balance. The transaction was completed under the reference number 615912791503. After noticing that the funds were not reflected in my Quotex account, I contacted your support team and was informed that the application is in progress and that I would be notified once the provider’s verification is completed or when the payment is credited to my trading account. Despite this response, the amount has still not appeared in my Quotex balance. I kindly request that you urgently investigate this transaction, ensure that the 5,000 INR is credited to my Quotex trading account without any further delay, and provide me with a clear update on the status and outcome of this issue.
