The ban message displayed on screen states that the account was banned for cheating or using unauthorized third-party programs. However, my ban was supposed to expire on August 14, 2026, and I was waiting for this exact date. When I attempted to log in today to check, I saw that the ban end date had been updated to 2036 instead of August 14, 2026.

I believe this is a glitch or technical error because I fully expected the ban to expire on August 14, 2026. This situation is extremely frustrating because I waited until today, only to see an additional ten-year ban period applied to my account without any explanation.
