If the quality of your lessons changed all of a sudden, first give specific feedback right after the lesson ends and use the “Report an issue” option on the lesson page, clearly explaining what changed, like the audio, the teacher's effort, their level of preparedness, or interruptions.
This makes a record of that lesson and keeps your points safe.
Then, contact Preply Support through the app's live chat or by emailing [email protected].
Be sure to include the tutor's name, the date of the lesson, and screenshots or texts showing the problem, and ask for a review or lesson credit.
If the problem doesn't get fixed, you can either ask to have your amount transferred to another tutor or ask for compensation according to Preply's lesson quality policies.
