EA Sports FC 26 Connection Error, Request to Unlink From PSN
In EA Sports FC 26, whenever I try to update the squads, I am asked to connect to my EA account. However, I no longer remember my EA account password, and I no longer have access to the registered email address. Because of this, I cannot reset the password or access my account.
I want to disconnect the EA account from my Sony PSN account and reconnect it using a new email address. However, since EA requires access to the old email to unlink the account, I cannot complete this process. On my PS5 console, I keep facing the same issue every time I try to update the squads, and I get the error message: “An error occurred while connecting to the EA account.”
I have been unable to reach EA or PlayStation customer support. My PSN email account is fine, but since there is no way to unlink the EA connection directly through PSN, I am stuck. I am requesting that the EA account linked to my PSN profile be removed so that I can reconnect using a new email address and resolve this issue.
