PK XD Gems Decreasing With Negative Balance Sign

I play the game PK XD on my Android device through Google Play and I have a serious problem with the gems in the game. When the negative sign first appeared next to the gems, my balance was 100. Since that moment, every time I earn new gems, the total does not increase, it decreases. Now my gems balance has dropped to 60 even though I keep winning gems. Because of this issue, many of my gems were taken from my account without any clear explanation. On 1 October I submitted a complaint about this problem, but until now I have not received any response from support and the situation has not been resolved. I request that you clearly explain the reason for this negative sign and why my gems are decreasing every time I earn more, and that all the gems that were taken from my account because of this problem be fully returned. I also expect you to respond to my complaint and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
