PK XD Negative Gem Balance Preventing Normal Gameplay

I am a player of the PK XD game and I had initially started with a free subscription. About two weeks ago, a negative sign started to appear next to the gems in my account, and since then the game has been constantly asking me to collect back these gems. Because of this negative balance next to the gems, I am forced to spend a lot of time trying to complete daily tasks and collect gems, and I cannot finish them easily. This situation prevents me from playing the game freely and enjoying it as I did before. I kindly request that the negative value next to the gems in my PK XD account be removed so that I can continue playing normally and use the game without this restriction.
